Ones and zeroes might be my profession, but continuous learning is my passion. The same mindfulness that guides my technical work extends to my personal life. My wife and I make an annual pilgrimage to Red River Gorge, where we reconnect with nature and each other in a cabin away from the digital world. It's a tradition that started with our wedding there, and it reminds me that sometimes the best way to understand technology's role in our lives is to step away from it completely.
