I combine rigorous analytics with human-centric design. At ProMach, I implemented Microsoft Copilot to transform collaboration while preserving human connection. I develop systems that enhance rather than replace human capabilities, and I've stood firm against using predictive analytics when data quality was insufficient.

My home lab serves as my innovation playground—a four-server environment where I experiment with workflow automation, RAG-enhanced AI models, and network security. Recently, I built a D&D companion using vector databases rather than fine-tuning models. Whether digitizing documents or managing knowledge through Obsidian, each project reinforces my belief that the best technical solutions emerge from understanding human processes.

This mindfulness extends beyond my technical work. My wife and I escape annually to Red River Gorge, where we reconnect in a cabin far from digital distractions. This tradition began with our wedding there and reminds me that understanding technology's proper place sometimes requires stepping away from it entirely.

I cherish storytelling's power, whether through data visualizations or film. Just as movies function as "empathy machines" offering new perspectives, I view technology as a tool for building understanding and connection. This philosophy shapes both my system designs and problem-solving approach—always considering the human experience behind technical solutions.
